As usual, it's busy tonight. But the service was good but they almost forgot the awesome bread. I had the grilled shrimp (delicious), a glass of Californian Pinot, and the Dallas Filet (8oz). The filet mignon was absolutely perfect and mouth watering. I'll be back.

My wife ,son and I dine here about every other month. This last time was terrible-my steak was RAW - manager said that he would take care of it (Guy with dark spiky hair)- 15 minutes later - I got my steak - under cooked again -I just wanted to go home so we took it and left - Then I noticed that the receipt that gives you a number to report back to management how your dinner was - was never given to us!-No one ever even said sorry - bad service from our waitress too! A dirty trick by a manager that's afraid to let mgmnt hear the truth.

Texas Roadhouse has always been a favorite of mine. I've always had a great experience with them, no matter the location. The food is always great and the service is always the best. My girl and I both got the chicken critters. I got rice and steak fries, she got mashed potatoes and Cesar salad. Also got an onion blossom. Like every other time we go, the service was once again great, as was the food.

Its very busy, tonight; however my coworkers and me got seated pretty fast tonight. Its a steakhouse, but im trying Grilled Salmon tonight. The Salmon was pretty good! I also had the baked sweet potato with a side of green beans. I know this is a chain, but my dinner was pretty good!

They where busy as usual, but what should I expect for a Friday night. It is by far the best chain restaurant around. The steaks always have a good flavor and are cooked properly. For some reason some folks just don't know how to cook a med rare steak. But at Texas Roadhouse they have it down to an art. Now the hubby on the other hand goes well done on his steaks which to me totally ruins the flavor. But that's how he likes it and seems to enjoy the food as well. The dance number in the middle of the isle was cute and entertaining. The noise level is pretty loud so if your looking for a quite evening this is not the place to go. If you sign up for their awards program you get a free appetizer. Go for the blooming onion, you can't go wrong there. Eat, drink and be merry.

Great chain of Texas Steaks!!Food 5Star! Extremely Poor Customer Service at this location. I would not recommend if your taking your entire family here.

If only everytime were like the last...5 stars. Hands down always one of the best steaks in town. A good accomplishment for a chain restaurant. My last experience produced one of the best cooked sirloin steaks of my life. Perfect sear, tender, juicy, properly served at medium rare. The seasoning was so savory. It complimented the meat, not overpowering it. The steak fries were nothing special, but they were hot and crispy as they should be. My Caesar salad was A typical of a chain steak house; fresh and straight forward. I enjoyed the fried pickles. They use ridged dill chips which seem to hold the batter well. They were hot and crispy, good seasoning, and most importantly drained of excess oil before being served. We had the most delightful waitress, and fast courteous service. I would return on this experience alone. That being said....it has not always been like this, and my score is accumulative. The steaks as I said have always been very good, but this place can suffer from being crowded and uncomfortable during busy hours, and service can take a real dive during those times. Even the quality of food has suffered during peak hours. My recommended solution is go early in the day between lunch and dinner to enjoy the experience, or you may leave dissapointed. I recommend trying a hearty cut sirloin, with sauteed mushrooms and dinner rolls with cinnamon butter.

Ok I heard great things about Texas Roadhouse and couldn't wait to try. As a large person, I was disappointed to find they only have 4 tables in the entire restaurant which of course were occupied. I guess they don't want fat people in their restaurants. Since I do not care to be severely uncomfortable I would not squeeze into one of those booths. Needless to say we did not ( could not) stay.

Steaks like ck's. Management doesn't care. Even the GM acts like she hates her job. Spare yourself. Tried it again. Worse than the first time.

Great price, pretty consistent in the good food department, service is usually just ok. Family of 4 can eat here for less then $50, so I don't expect excellent service.

I came here with family since I was in town visiting. I understand why it's called a roadhouse since it was definitely not the cleanest place in the world, but it looked like a fun place to eat. First, I must say that the bread and cinnamon butter is to die for! It is the best I've ever eaten. I ordered the Fort Worth Ribeye with a cup of chili and seasoned rice. I was disappointed in the ribeye because it came out practically burned and dry. The seasoned rice didn't taste seasoned at all- more like white rice. The chili was actually the best part of the dish. I probably should've tried my niece's BBQ ribs since it smelled so good. I don't think I would visit this chain again.

We went here for the first time last night (7:00 Sunday night) & the parking lot was packed. Figured it would have been a long wait...we got seated as soon as we went in. You have the option to pick your steak out of a glass case as you walk in. We sat in the bar area so we could watch the Grizzlies. The bartender was actually our waiter too so you can imagine how busy he was & still gave us excellent service. Every person on the wait staff that came to us was super friendly. I had the kibobs on a bed of rice. They had steak (cooked perfectly & tasted amazing), onions, bell peppers, & mushrooms on them. The rice was really good. I also had loaded mash potatoes which had cheese, bacon bits, & sour cream on them....so good. The appetizer that we had was really tasty too (rattlesnake bites). Little fried balls of cheese & jalapeños. Out of all these chain type steak restaurants, this one was far superior in my experience. Highly recommend you give them a try. The only negative that I would have to say is that the wait staff does that clapping & singing junk when it's someone's birthday.

Just sitting at the bar having a few Gooses and apps. Jess is a phenomenal bartender. She stays on top of a packed house with no prob and still great service. Food was good too!

I cant believe no one has reviewed here yet! I was blown away at the service here i felt like i was getting rockstar treatment from the start. Friendly hostess, my waitress Samantha has service down to a science, being new to the south she made several reccomendations that were mindblowing good and my glass was never empty. The manager Melissa was a gracious host allowing me to sample complimentary food since ive never had the pleasure of eating here. I will be going here very often in the future.
